Exhibit fee, Shipping and Installation
Pricing and time commitment negotiated per contract.
Exhibit Fee base contract: Within Kansas, per county, minimum 4 week booking, $2,000 or $500.00 per location with maximum 3-4 locations. Exhibit moved on Fridays to subsequent location. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping is included with the exhibit fee and is arranged by Kauffman Museum, in consultation with the host. Additional shipping may apply based upon distance from Harvey county region.
Installation assistance is Included. One Kauffman Museum staff person will provide the installation and de-installation of the exhibit, with the host venue providing one person to work with them. Installation usually takes less than half a day, while packing can be done in a few hours.
Environment and security
Host venue to assure a museum-quality exhibit environment, with stable temperature and humidity, appropriate light levels and adequate security. Outdoor environments are not appropriate. Exhibit requires standard electrical access.
Space requirement
~500 sq/ft. Ideal for a lobby, classroom or small gallery/event space.
